A little bit about Emma
Emma is a professional golfer, accomplished speaker, and passionate advocate for growing the game of golf at all levels. Hailing from the small town of Princeton, Kentucky, Emma’s journey in the sport began at an early age, leading her to become one of the most decorated amateur golfers of her generation. She made history as one of only six women to win both the U.S. Women’s Amateur and an NCAA Individual Championship while competing for the University of Alabama.
Beyond her career on the LPGA Tour, Emma is dedicated to developing the next generation of golfers through mentorship and consulting. She co-founded Pro Reach Consulting, where she helps junior and college golfers navigate the competitive landscape of tournament play, college recruiting, and career development. From structuring practice drills and building tournament schedules to guiding players through college golf and the transition to professional life—including Q-School preparation and agent selection—Emma provides expert insights drawn from her own experiences at every stage of the game.
In addition to her work with young players, Emma is committed to expanding opportunities for women in golf. She volunteers with the Western Kentucky University Women’s Golf Team, mentoring and guiding the next generation of female golfers. Her passion for storytelling and media has also led her inside the ropes as a commentator and media personality. She has worked as an on-course commentator, bringing her firsthand experience and insights to golf audiences. In 2024, she was part of Inside the Ropes media for the victorious U.S. Women’s Solheim Cup team, providing exclusive coverage and behind-the-scenes access. She is also the host of an LPGA podcast, where she shares inspiring stories, interviews top players, and discusses key topics in the game.
Whether mentoring young players, leading leadership summits, or engaging corporate professionals through golf, her mission remains the same: to connect, elevate, and make a lasting impact on the game and those who love it.
